Mark R. Fitzsimmons established his Architectural Design Firm in 1987 in Red Bank N.J. He received a Masters in Architecture from Clemson University's prestigious Architecture Program in 1981. After 30 years as a licensed Architect in the building /design business with extensive work in all types of Residential Design and valued ongoing Continuing Educational Seminars and Conferences, the Architectural Firm has witnessed many changes in the State and International Building Codes. The Firm of Mark R. Fitzsimmons, LLC was the Town Architect for the Borough of Little Silver for nearly 10 years where he completed Preservation work on the towns historic properties of the Little Silver Railroad Station and the Parker Homestead. Both projects received Preservation Awards from the Monmouth County Historic Commission. These projects established his Firm for designing future historic projects in neighboring towns. The last 14 years the Firm's Practice has evolved from Residential and Historic Buildings into building projects that included Office, Commercial, Restaurant, Senior Living and Healthcare uses.
